🐰 Patricia Janečková: A Voice That Still Echoes In Our Hearts 🌷We are returning to May 2015 for a performance that remains one of the most moving chapters in the legacy of Patricia Janečková 🏛️ During a remembrance concert in Prague, she delivered "Pie Jesu" from Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Requiem with a level of "crystalline poise" that felt almost other-worldly 🎼 Accompanied by the Czech Republic Army Central Music and the Kühn's Children's Choir, Patricia Janečková brought a sense of peace and "silvery clarity" to this prayer for rest 🕊️ Though we lost this brilliant talent in 2023 at the age of 25, her spirit remains vibrant through these preserved performances 🥀 Watching her navigate the soaring, delicate lines of the score is a reminder of the profound impact she made on the world of opera 🎻 ❓ Does any other performance of "Pie Jesu" capture this level of serenity? Let us know if you agree below 👇 . . . ________ 🎥 TV2 Prague Soprano Patricia Janečková performs "Pie Jesu" from the Requiem by composer Andrew Lloyd Webber. 🎼🎻 J.S. Bach – Aria, BWV 1068 Wendy Kokkelkoren & The Maestro & The European Pop Orchestra – sopran i orkiestra 🎤 • Przez trzy stulecia ta melodia należała wyłącznie do smyczków. #muzyceklasycznej #sopran #orkiestra

One of my favorite musical moments in 2024! It represents more than you might think. This year, I allowed myself to think outside the box and go with what felt right to me. 💫

#dellacasa #soprano #sopran #strauss #opera #opera #singer #music #classicalmusic
