My Family and I went to @SoraLagos for New Years Day Lunch & tried a wide variety of dishes. The Tempura Shrimp, Shrimp Gyoza, Beef Noodle & Beef Black Pepper were my favourite. I also really liked the sushi & yang chao fried rice. I went to China in 2012 and the Kung Pao chicken I had at my Uni Campus in Ningbo was the best Kung Pao I've ever had in my life 😍 I've been trying to find Kung Pao as good as that since then but I haven't found 😢 The Kung Pao at Sora had a distinct nutty taste but it was quite overpowering and not very flavourful. The seafood stone bowl & chicken Katsu bowl were really unique. Customer service was great, the Food was ready 20-30 minutes after ordering. The restroom was really nice and there was a lady in there giving warm towels, thought that was such a refreshing touch. The decor, ambiance & aesthetics were on point & we enjoyed our experience there 😊 Was really looking forward to trying their Spring Rolls & Chicken Corn soup but sadly, it wasn't available that day 🥺 The food was quite filling and we ate most of it as you can see by the empty plates. We packed the leftover rice & noodles as takeaway. Is there a restaurant you've been to anywhere in the world that a particular dish was soooo good and nowhere else has come close and you think about it pretty often? Have you been to #SoraLagos before? If yes, what did you try and what was the experience like?
