Crispy Chilli Beef is a healthier spin on the classic takeout. It’s crispy, crunchy and saucy and takes just 30 minutes to make. Ingredients 1 pound Sirloin steak or flank/ skirt steak 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 egg 1/3 cup arrowroot powder (or corn starch) 2 tbsp avocado oil or neutral oil of choice 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger 2 cloves garlic minced 1 yellow onion thinly sliced 1 bell pepper quartered and then thinly sliced 1 bunch spring onions cut into 1 inch pieces 2 red fresno chillies thinly sliced 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos or tamari) 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp honey 1/4 cup beef stock Cut the steak into very thin strips against the grain. Place the beef in a bowl, add in the salt, pepper and egg and stir until all of the pieces of beef are well coated. Leave the beef to rest for a few minutes while you chop all of the veggies. In a bowl whisk together the tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and beef stock. Add the arrowroot starch to the beef and stir it around with a fork to ensure all of the pieces are well coated in the starch. Place a wok on high heat. Add 1 tbsp of oil and once hot add in 1/2 of the strips of beef. Cook them for approximately 2 minutes until golden brown before flipping and cooking on the other side. Once the beef is cooked set it aside on a plate and repeat, with the second portion of meat. Add more oil if the pan is dry. Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute until fragrant before adding the onion, bell pepper and fresno pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the onion begins to soften and then add in the chopped green onion and sauce, stir and continue to cook for another 2 minutes before returning the beef to the pan. Toss the beef to ensure it’s coated in the sauce and warmed through before serving. Or comment RECIPE and I will send you the recipe https://www.everylastbite.com/crispy-chilli-beef/

Pepper Steak Stir-Fry and Veggie 😍 Full recipe is on my page— right under my profile picture ⬆️
#instagramreels #delicious #easyrecipes #cookingmama Recipe and ingredients ✨ I found these two chuck steaks at Walmart! I seasoned them both..use whatever seasonings you like. I also added a little extra-virgin olive oil as well on the meat. pat in the seasonings, do not rub. In my cast-iron pan I added a little oil , I just seared them both for three or four minutes on each side ✨I took them out and took about 3 tablespoons of butter and put it in that same pan on medium heat. My chopped vegetables were carrots and onions. I placed that in the melted butter along with all those bits from the meat that we seared. And I also added some roasted garlic paste. Or you can add chopped garlic whatever you have on hand. ✨I added beef broth to the veggies, as well as about half a cup of red cooking wine. I also added some Pepperochinis as well as the juice. I then added one brown gravy packet, one beef onion soup mix packet and one au joux packet. Mix that up really well. At this point, I was seasoning the broth. Like I said before use what you like. ✨I then took my meat and cut them into smaller pieces so they can all fit in my cast-iron. Once I added those in, I added more beef broth on top. Just enough to slightly cover them . after this I realized that I forgot to add my Worcestershire sauce. So I added a few splashes of that ..I also added some Maggie seasoning sauce. ✨ after that, I preheated my oven to 375°. And I am cooking the steaks for about an hour and 15 minutes or until tender. I am pairing it with some green beans, rice on the side and some Texas roadhouse rolls! ✨INGREDIENTS ✨ Chuck steaks Seasonings of your choice Extra virgin olive oil Butter Onion Carrot Garlic paste Peporchinis Red cooking wine Beef broth Worcestershire sauce Maggie seasoning sauce Brown gravy packet Au Joux packet Lipton beef onion soup mix
