A street mural by LGBTQ+ artists now lines over a half mile of 15th St. NW, between O and V streets. Named "Rainbow Road", it is the creation of @lisamariestudio, 7 other local artists, and many volunteers just in time for @worldpridedc .
You will find a flow of colors, stars for DC, and murals lining the protected bike lane and on various corners.
Other artists involved in this project are @niaketurah , @kayemjay6 , @micahmeyers_art , @by.beezy , @zineartstudio , @mapsglover & @mundymusik

Working with @this.is.yam and @artsneworleans on this street mural at St. Louis St. and N. Dorgenois St., right on the @lafittegreenway and the corner of @flourmoonbagels!
We prepped and painted this entire intersection in just two days, with a design created together with the students.
@indigomadness and I were lucky to have an incredible team of five young artists: @aliasstarrr @majtch7 @tiny.the.creator @lunieverse.inc @beanswildcreation1 💛
We painted, and we danced!
Saturday, June 17th is the day we bring a street mural to the Multnomah neighborhood!!
We set out nearly 6 months ago with a small grant proposal and a few goals in mind:
Build community among diverse neighbors through a series of events.
Create art in public spaces.
Center the voices of artist(s) from historically underserved communities in SW Portland.
Participate in the City Repair Project 2023 Village Building Convergence.
Include education about pedestrian safety.
Connect residents to local government (e.g., PBOT) to have their voices heard when it comes to walking, biking and rolling in SW Portland.
With our key event date insight we have achieved the goals we had in mind and then some. However the community building never ends. We will paint the intersection of SW 36th and SW Canby on Saturday, June 17th but we hope this is just the beginning for our neighborhood.
Thank you to our amazing community partners @cityrepairproject @community_civic_life @basicsmarket @traderjoes @thinkertoyspdx @village_cheer @formandfunctionpdx
