🚨LA 2028 OLYMPIC TICKET INFO ⬇️ Everything you need to know about getting tickets to the LA 2028 Olympics…from someone who’s done this twice already 😉 We attended the Paris 2024 Olympics and we’re leaving in 2 weeks for the Milan Winter Olympics, so here’s the REAL breakdown of how Olympic tickets actually work 👇 🎟️ STEP 1: Register for the Ticket Draw (aka the lottery)
• Registration opened January 14, 2026
• Closes March 18, 2026
• This is a mandatory lottery system — you must register to even have a chance to buy tickets Think of it as entering a raffle to win a time slot to purchase tickets. 📧 STEP 2: Time Slot Notifications
• Emails go out March 31 – April 7
• You’ll be notified IF you’re selected
• The email tells you: * Your purchase date * How many tickets you can buy * Which events/pricing tiers you can access 🗓️ STEP 3: Ticket Purchasing Window
• Time slots run April 9 – April 19
• Only certain tickets at certain prices are available during each drop
• Olympic organizers release tickets in small batches to: * Control pricing * Prevent instant sell-outs * Keep tickets available closer to the Games NOTE: For Paris tickets, you could ONLY purchase ticket packages of 3 events (no single tickets until right before the games) ⚠️ IMPORTANT TO KNOW
• If LA follows Paris + Milan (which it almost certainly will): * There will be multiple ticket drops over the next few years * More chances = better odds if you’re registered
• If you don’t get selected in the first draw — DON’T PANIC
• Closer to 2028, expect: * Single-ticket releases * Official resale options (only through approved Olympic channels) 📍 Local Presales
• Special presale rules may apply for: * Los Angeles * Oklahoma City (yes, events will be held there!)
➡️ Check the caption for details if you’re local ✨ Bottom line:
It sounds complicated, but we promise — this is the system, and it works. Check out the official website: LA28.ORG ✈️ follow along @thetravelmentors for more helpful bucketlist travel and event tips like this 🌍 #olympics #LA28 #roadtola2028 #LA2028olympics #summerolympics
