Упражнение Teaser - это одно из ключевых и самых сложных упражнений в пилатесе. Его цель - проработать мышцы кора и научить тело работать как единое целое. Суть в том, чтобы одновременно поднять от пола корпус и ноги, балансируя и образуя телом букву V. Задача - удержать это положение, держа руки параллельно ногам, а затем так же медленно и подконтрольно вернуться в исходное положение. Это упражнение высшего пилотажа, которое под силу только при сильном мышечном центре и слаженной работе всего тела.
