Am I seeing things or does this girl kind of look like a rainbow?👀🌈 This girl is our beautiful rainbow reticulated python and what’s even more mind blowing is that she actually isn’t a rainbow colored snake but actually a snake with no color or pattern🤯 The rainbow you see is a reflection of the light bouncing off her colorless and patternless skin🤩 She has special genes which give her this very dark reflective scales🙌

Honestly, this was way harder than I thought- my body wanted to correct every single rep!
But here we are, embracing the wobble, the misalignment, and all the things we usually try to avoid in class 😌
⠀
These are the common mistakes I see all the time- especially when we rush through movements or disconnect from the core.
Save this reel as a reminder of what NOT to do on the Reformer 👀

Jesus, My Good Shepherd ✝️
I see myself in the lamb every time,
small, unsure, anxious, sometimes wandering…
but still looked after!
He knows my name, understands my fears,
finds me when I drift,
restores me when I’m tired,
and stays close in every valley.
When things get dark, His presence becomes my light.
And Psalm 23 isn’t just my story...
it’s ours!
You’re the lamb too,
and He can be your Shepherd.
Let Him meet you, guide you, and give your soul rest❤️
