Does uplighting really make a difference? A question that gets asked a lot. Sometimes it’s hard to tell from just a picture or even from videos. However I think this clip does a good job at showing the difference because it shows what this room looks like when the uplights are off versus when they get turned on, all in the same clip. I think there is no question that there is a huge difference. Now do you need uplights? Look, not every wedding has them and that’s ok. At the end of the day, it’s the people you surround yourself with on that day and most importantly the energy that you put out as a couple that will play the biggest factor for your dancefloor. That being said, here is my take. If it is still within your budget uplighting is an amazing enhancement to add to your wedding day. It will undoubtedly add to the experience and can absolutely help take your dancefloor to the next level. If you were ever questioning whether or not it actually makes a difference to the room hopefully this video helps answer those questions. Are there other factors? Sure. Every wedding is different, do your research, and do what you feel is best for you!
