Praying before the Guru, crying before the Guru, and sharing your inner pain is not a weakness — this is true devotion. 🙏🏻🌺 When it feels like no one in this world listens to your pain, when no one seems to care, that is the time to go to the Guru’s door and open your heart completely. Just as a small child cries to their parents and tells them what happened outside, in the same way, one should express every sorrow, every pain, and every fear before the Guru. That heartfelt cry is never wasted. The Guru listens. The Guru understands. The Guru gives courage. This is the greatest strength — to have complete faith in the Guru and to pray sincerely before Him. Then, when the Guru blesses you with courage, focus your mind and sit in His grace, connect yourself to His Name — that is where peace is found, that is where the path is revealed. Crying before the Guru is not defeat, it is the soul’s most beautiful victory. Before the Guru, do not pretend — simply speak the truth. Accept your mistakes, and He will forgive you. ਗੁਰੂ ਅੱਗੇ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਨੀ, ਗੁਰੂ ਅੱਗੇ ਰੋ ਰੋ ਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਅੰਦਰਲਾ ਹਾਲ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਕੋਈ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ — ਇਹੀ ਤਾਂ ਅਸਲ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਹੈ। 🙏🏻🌺 ਜਦੋਂ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਮੇਰਾ ਹਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਦਾ, ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਵਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ, ਉਦੋਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਦਰ ਤੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਦਿਲ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਇੱਕ ਛੋਟਾ ਬੱਚਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਂ-ਪਿਉ ਨੂੰ ਰੋ ਕੇ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਾਹਰ ਉਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ, ਓਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਹਰ ਦੁੱਖ, ਹਰ ਦਰਦ, ਹਰ ਡਰ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਰੋ ਰੋ ਕੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਉਹ ਪੁਕਾਰ ਵਿਅਰਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੀ। ਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਣਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਹੌਸਲਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹੀ ਤਾਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਹੈ — ਗੁਰੂ ’ਤੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਰੱਖਣਾ, ਗੁਰੂ ਅੱਗੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਦਿਲ ਨਾਲ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਨੀ। ਫਿਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਹੌਸਲਾ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਇਕਾਗਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠਣਾ, ਉਸਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਣਾ — ਓਥੇ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ, ਓਥੇ ਹੀ ਰਾਹ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਅੱਗੇ ਡਿੱਗ ਕੇ ਰੋਣਾ ਹਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ, ਇਹ ਤਾਂ ਰੂਹ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਸੋਹਣੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਅੱਗੇ ਦਿਖਾਵਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸੱਚ ਬਿਆਨ ਕਰੋ । ਮਨ ਲਵੋ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਉਹ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ । @hkwahenoor Ardas Sikhi Kaur khalsa Singh Waheguru wahenoor #khalsa #panjab #sikhi #ardas
