ATARDI’S SUNSET!! 🔥🍫
Devil food chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream covered in a chocolate shell then flambéed with rum!!! Such a fun presentation and the perfect way to end a romantic dinner on the beach watching the sunset!! 🥰
The sunsets here in Aruba are gorgeous like fire so I’m assuming that’s why they named the dessert after a sunset!!! 🔥 🌅

Dinner on the Beach 🍽🏖
~
📍 Location: Atardi Restaurant at Marriott Stellaris, Aruba 🇦🇼
~
✨Atardi is one of the most romantic and most popular beach restaurants in Aruba! They have limited availability so it will make it easier to get an oceanfront table if you are a guest staying at the hotel. Guests are given priority access to these tables and then others can make reservations for the next best tables available. They do a great job with the small details from the tropical music playing in the background to the friendly staff! Be sure to reserve a table at least an hour before sunset so that you can get this magical sky as you’re waiting for your food and eating! 🌅

Dinner on the beach at Atardi…
@atardiaruba was definitely a night to remember and one of my favorite meals from our trip. The weather, view, service, and most importantly the food was beyond valid and couldn’t get more praise from us if they tried. The seafood (especially the octopus and scallops) was so fresh I couldn’t get enough! Can’t wait to go back and I suggest anyone taking a trip to Aruba to stop by if they get the opportunity! 🏝️✅

🎥The music videos for Atardi
will be out soon.
In the meantime enjoy this sneak peak of what’s to come.
My lastest EP recorded together with the very talented Tomas Lopez and Gabe gives homage to three Aruban/Curaçaoan classics, one of my original compositions, and the song somewhere over the rainbow.
The EP "Atardi" was live recorded and filmed.
Allowing you the chance to get a intimate view of our production and giving a vision to the music.
Here is a short preview...🎥
