Dealing with injuries is one of the most isolating feelings for every hooper, and coming back from them is not an easy thing either🚫🩼🤕 Between lingering pain, having playing/contact restrictions, and losing your spot can tough on your confidence and mental. Got to fight through that and work your way back😤
