It’s been a wild few weeks across Cape Cod, Massachusetts ❄️ From Sandwich to Barnstable, Yarmouth to Provincetown, we were hit with two major snowstorms that blanketed Barnstable County and brought multiple snow days for local schools. Plows were nonstop, driveways were buried, and Cape Cod families found themselves with an extended winter break thanks to Mother Nature. While the snowfall created some classic New England winter scenes — especially along the beaches in East Sandwich, Barnstable Village, and Dennis Port — it also meant schedule changes, remote work adjustments, and creative ways to keep the kids busy. Winter on Cape Cod is always unpredictable, but that’s part of coastal Massachusetts living. UPDATE: FRONT STREET has a home for 2026 🙏 317 Commercial Street (Luke’s Lobster space), at the entrance to Macmillan’s Wharf 🔥 the old Surf Club too, terms of the lease unknown but I believe it’s one year ❤️ The sign is down, outdoor menu stable gone, Front Street, a Provincetown culinary staple for FIVE DECADES, will NOT be operating downstairs at 230 Commercial Street this summer 💔 Praying for Omar, his family and staff - HUGE part of our community 🙏 can’t be easy with short notice by new owners/development corporation… ➡️ BADLY needed renovation, no denying that Anyone have an update?
