Literally on cloud 9
I completed the #carten on what was a gruelling ride.
Cardiff to Tenby 🚴♀️
A whopping 107 miles in the saddle.
The hills OMG they were never ending however my mantra that I have said for years to myself was repeated several times in my head, and on the toughest hills I said it out loud to myself
My mantra….
“I am a warrior, warriors don’t stop until they are dead. I am not dead. I AM a WARRIOR.
This personal mantra has got me through some of the most toughest challenges I have done, and even got me through personal challenges.
And I am incredibly proud to say that in 72 hours I raised a whopping £700 for Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Charity
Thank you to Lucy Jones for the big hug at the finish line (and for believing in me when I told you I done no training-well one bike ride of 12 miles and that was in Tuesday 😂)
Thank you to everyone who donated it means the world.
And thank you to James L. Jones LL.B (Hons.) for being a huge support right through out the day.
Safe to say I’m a little tender (sore) today. However all for an amazing charity.
Mantras. Do you have one?
If so I would love to hear yours. 🙏
