We know it’s raining today and it may not be the best day to walk but today is National Take a Walk Day! 🚶
Sometimes that’s just how the weather rumbles. 🌧️
Martin inspires us to get outside and be more active by walking on his lunch break at work. From his initiative alone, many of us are now taking the stairs instead of the elevators when able, and taking walks on our lunch break.
While the weather might deter you from walking outside today, we hope this inspires you to get more active.
Send this to a friend to keep you accountable when trying to incorporate more physical activity in your daily life! ✅

Whilst the recovery continues we find other things in common. Tonight? #Fintech
We went to the launch of the Centre for Finance, Innovation andTechnology (#CFIT) @guildhalllondon
With passionate speeches from mate and CEO @EzechiBrittonMBE and the powerful Chair @CharlotteCrosswell OBE they shared with us how they are going to drive identifying opportunities for the growth for UK Fintech.
They were supported by the @ukhmtreasury, the City of London Corporation and an audience of Fintech entrepreneurs and supporters.

So proud mama moment 🥹🎓✨ RECAP
Up at 5:30am, we started a 4-hour drive for Aleigha’s college tour—visiting one of the SIX colleges she’s been accepted into in Charlotte, NC 🙌🏾
This campus is home to the College of Food Innovation & Technology (CFIT)—and yes, the same school where Chef Emeril Lagasse attended the main campus in Providence, Rhode Island 🔥👩🏽🍳
Watching her walk these halls, ask questions, and envision her future was everything. Hard work, faith, and favor on full display 💫
This is only the beginning, baby girl 💕
