7 DAYS. ONE DECISION. 🎓 I think we make life-changing decisions way harder than they need to be because we want to know exactly how everything is going to work out before we’re willing to begin. I did this too. When I left teaching, I didn’t know exactly what my coaching career would look like. I didn’t know how much money I’d make. I didn’t know exactly who I’d coach. I didn’t know where my first clients would come from. I definitely didn’t know it would eventually lead me to building IGC. I just knew I didn’t want to keep building a life around what I thought I should do. At some point, you stop needing more information and you have to make a decision. Not: “Do I have the whole plan?” But: “Am I willing to start?” Because you do NOT need the website, the perfect niche, the Instagram strategy, the business name or five clients waiting for you before you learn how to coach. That comes later. First, you decide. And exactly one week from today, a new group of IGC coaches will walk into their first Coach Training class. For some of them, September 9 might end up being one of those dates they look back on and say: That’s when everything started changing. If becoming a coach has been sitting in the back of your mind, pulling at you, or showing up on your “someday” list for way too long… Maybe this is your week to finally make the decision. 7 days.
