When you only have potatoes and Parmesan but want something irresistibly good 😋 @snackattackcheff
Let’s make this delicious, cheesy potato-filled bread. Step 1: Prep the Ingredients Use a rolling pin to roll out a ball of fresh dough into a thin circle. Peel and boil a potato until soft, season with salt and pepper, and mash until smooth. Step 2: Assemble the Bread Add a layer of shredded cheese to the center of the rolled-out dough, top with a heaping spoonful of mashed potato, and finish with another layer of cheese. Lift the edges of the dough and use your fingers to pleat them together to form a seal in the center. Use your hands or a rolling pin to gently flatten it, being careful not to rip the dough. Spread a little water on one side of the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Step 3: Cook the Bread Add a little olive oil to a preheated pan on medium heat. Add the bread, seam-side down, and cook until golden before flipping and repeating on the other side. Preheat your air fryer to 350º, add the pan-fried bread, and air fry for 10 minutes or so to finish cooking. Cut into pieces and serve while still piping hot and melty.
