We got the call after a homeowner was left hanging mid-project. They were told they were getting premium materials — but what was installed was lower grade. Posts weren’t properly set. The rolling gate track was subpar. And the workmanship was, quite frankly… shotty. So we stepped in. First, we had to remove all of the existing wood, finish setting the posts correctly, and tear out the unacceptable track system. No shortcuts when you’re fixing someone else’s mistakes.
