Some people keep playing traditional instruments exactly the same way they’ve been played for years. I don’t. I plug them into something new, searching for new sounds and creative expressions. Evolve always. This is why instruments like the @neotone.digitalhandpan excite me. They don’t imitate the past. They smell like the future. #handpan #newsounds #electronicmusic #vibes

Back to crafting mode after years! ✍️✨ Crafted a handmade card for my colleague who heads internal comms. She’s always motivating us to post these creatives, so decided to surprise her, but with a twist— a handmade version. Let’s see how it unwraps .. As artists, we have a unique ability to be givers in this world. Through our creative expressions, we offer a piece of ourselves to others, sharing our thoughts, emotions, and perspectives in a way that can deeply resonate with those who experience our art. Whether it is through visual arts, music, writing, or any other form of artistic expression, we have the power to touch people’s lives and inspire their imagination. However, it is equally important for us as artists to remember that we cannot pour from an empty well. Taking breaks and stepping away from our creative pursuits is crucial for replenishing our inspiration and maintaining our artistic longevity. These pauses allow us to recharge, explore new experiences, and gain fresh perspectives that can breathe new life into our work. By embracing these moments of rest, we give ourselves the chance to rediscover our passion, reignite our creativity, and ultimately continue sharing our gifts with the world in a truly meaningful way.
