A látványos fejlődés titka a tudatos felkészülésben rejlik.

🏃🏻♀️💨 New speed PR & learning primal movement 🙆🏻♀️
Got in a training session at @ubrzati with coach @dylanreda on a quick trip home between filming Ella’s show in Atlanta.
💪 Proud of Ella for digging deep and getting through the strain with a smile. She takes after Mom in that respect.
As a former CrossFit and USA Weightlifting certified coach, and a college scholarship swimmer, my life was all about physical training. Still is, but in a smart, scaled, age-appropriate manner 😊
Smiles can help when pushing through the discomfort of workouts. Ella appears to naturally be doing it, too 🙃
Yes, she was sore after that but youth recovers quickly and we’ll be doing a 5K this weekend 🏃🏻🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️
And cool stuff from @primalmovementofficial

With a 13 year old doing deadlifts, good form and appropriate weight matter more than heavy lifting.

🐶 Ella said she likes being at a dog’s perspective 😂
🛞Thank you @ezyrollers for the cool ride‼️
It was the perfect birthday gift for Ella, she loves taking in the beautiful weather and local beauty on her favorite color blue Ezy Roller.
And thank you to sweet @amcprincessana and family for introducing us to the roller!
It’s an amazing adaptive device, too. Ana, who has a condition called arthrogryposis that affects her joints and muscles, limiting her mobility, is able to zoom right alongside Ella. The girls probably would have raced around the pool deck until the sun set 🌅 if we let them.
Ella’s comes with an extension so it will grow with her. Would you try one of these❓

🙏🏻 Happy Easter weekend. Ella had a full Saturday, come along for the adventure that includes:
🏃🏻♀️ Running a race along the ocean in Vero Beach, at a fundraiser to help sea turtles
💃🏻 Dancing at a community event in a new dress (and with a partner!)
🍨 Some fun and yummy treats
🌊 Did we mention that vitamin-sea?!
Wishing you all peaceful holidays. Ella is fortunate to enjoy Passover and Easter this week ✡️✝️
