¡Celebramos 40 años de la Planta Frito Lay en Puerto Rico!, una planta hecha de historias y sueños que inspiran a más. 🇵🇷🎉 Cuando Jonathan Camacho era pequeño, solía llegar al trabajo de su padre en la Planta en Barceloneta. Decía que algún día él también trabajaría allí. Y es que sus padres se conocieron gracias a Frito Lay. Su padre, según cuenta Jonathan, “le tiró maíz” a su madre allí en Barceloneta. Jonathan, de 37 años, lleva 23 de ellos trabajando en esa misma planta. En la actualidad, la Planta Frito Lay en Barceloneta produce más de 6 millones de kilos de alimentos al año, pero sobre todo, produce incontables sueños e historias como las de Jonathan. Colocar a nuestro talento en el centro de nuestras operaciones es algo que nos motiva, pues creemos que las capacidades se construyen, que el talento se promueve y que la diversidad nos enriquece.
