Flumies 🍭 A great addition to your gong tool kit. I tend to use them at the beginning of the gong bath or in between different instrument break’s when the gong is still. ✨ They can add a nice new dimension of sound. They come on different sizes , bigger for deeper sounds and the size is also dependent on your gong. Take an inhale & slowly draw the flumie down the gong as you exhale. Practice !! as a bad flumie can be grating 🙉 Start with a cheap one and if you like it you can invest in a set of different sizes . Let me know if any questions ?🍭🍭🍭 Next available gong practitioner teacher training is October, please check links or email for info ℹ️

“Allowing participants to step into the journey of sound where the real shift takes place. The ups and downs of the gong’s frequencies, the chaos and the stillness of its sounds and harmonics... This is where the gong unlocks what’s been kept in the minds and hearts of us. It’s not about performing - it’s about allowing. Allowing us to look at what needs to be done in all clarity.” ~ @azmisamdjaga #soundhealingacademy_int #gongbath #soundmeditation

📕 Everyone has a story … 🤫 She moves like a whisper, her presence both alluring and elusive. 💃 She exudes an air of danger mixed with unearthly charm. Mystical. Unassuming. 🎼 A mix of mischief and wisdom, reminiscent of the ancient secrets held within the walls of the city. 🌃 Taking you on the thrill of her nocturnal escapades. 🙏 The Hijaz scale doesn’t need a fast tempo, she is like a thief in the night. Steals your heart and tells a story of passion and mystery. 🔊 Soundscapes of a daring nature. She melts into the darkness, the air feels charged, leaving those who catch a glimpse of her spellbound, wondering about the tales woven into her mysterious life. @yishama_official #handpan #handpanmusic #handpanplayer #playthehandpan

Sound Bath + Moving Meditation 💫 Last week I collaborated with Jen from @_soundsanctuary for an event that combined the benefits of a gong sound bath with Myung Sung Moving Meditation, a practice that is rooted in Qi gong and has been passed down in my lineage for 9 generations. With a series of meditative practices, we cultivated a healing environment that left everyone feeling a deep sense of calm and peace 😌 Would you be interested in attending a Moving Meditation + Sound Gong Event? #myungsung #movingmeditation #meditation #qigong #gongs #soundhealing #holistichealing #spirituality #easternphilosophy #3Ms #healing #vitality #qi #calm #peace
