The Environmental Nature Center (ENC), @environmentalnaturecenter an educational nature center located in Newport Beach, is like a hidden corridor where you can immerse yourself in nature despite being tucked away in a residential area near a busy road. What youโ€™ll find there: 15 native plant communities and wildlife habitats. Beautiful walking trails and a flowing stream. A LEED Platinum green building where you can observe native animals. Why we loved it: Check out their website for various activities, classes, and programs! We had a great time comparing different types of tree bark. I loved that almost the entire walk is under the shade with lovely flickers of sunlight. There are also plenty of spots to rest or have a picnic, and they have a well-stocked gift shop with affordable details for all ages. Iโ€™m leaving the address below so you can share itโ€”I definitely want to go back with my family! My favorite part?
