Gluten-Free Korean BBQ Bowls that will make your family beg you to add this to the weekly rotation 🤤
These bowls are savory, a little sweet, a little spicy, and honestly one of the easiest dinners you’ll make all week.
Here’s how I make them:
🥢 Chop onions, bell peppers, baby zucchini & mushrooms
🥢 Spread veggies + ground beef on a sheet pan
🥢 Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper
🥢 Bake at 400° for 15 minutes
Meanwhile make the sauce:
Coconut sugar, gochujang, tamari (GF), rice wine vinegar, garlic, miso paste & sesame seeds.
🥢 Toss the cooked beef mixture in the sauce
🥢 Back into the oven for 8 more minutes
Quick cucumber salad:
Cucumber, green onion, fresh ginger & edamame
• coconut sugar, tamari, rice wine vinegar & chili flakes
Serve everything over rice and prepare to have zero leftovers.
Save this for your next easy weeknight dinner ✨
