As long as I get 8 hours of sleep I'm good. 😜 "The early bird gets the worm, but the night owl gets the mouse." — Michael Breus It's just crazy to me how people push others to wake up early, to not stay up late and what not. I mean.. do whatever feels best for you. Plus never forget that chronotype is biological. Some people are naturally night owls due to genetics, and forcing yourself to wake up super early might hurt performance, mood, and sleep quality. 🤷‍♂️ I myself just love the freedom. I just love that my job allows me to start a bit earlier or a bit later. Although I am mostly a night owl as I get most productive at the end of the day 😅.. But sometimes it's also nice to start earlier to have more time during my "prime time". haha. But please remember, waking up early is not a universal truth. If you're a night owl who gets enough sleep and maintains consistency, you can be just as healthy and productive. 😉 Happy coding everyone! 👨‍💻 ~ Follow for game development and programming content! 🤩 @justinbieshaar . . 🏷️ #programming #coding #setup #programmer #coder #gamedev #gamedeveloper #gaming #nightowl #codingisfun #programmingisfun #cplusplus
Keith Lee accidentally ate a live worm while reviewing sushi—and the internet lost it. But this isn’t as rare as people think. Parasites are everywhere: in undercooked fish, contaminated produce, even your drinking water. The real issue? Parasites don’t just show up and leave quietly. They feed off of toxins and heavy metals, using them like armor to survive in your body. And when you start to kill them off, they don’t go peacefully—they leave behind eggs, waste, and the very toxins they’ve been living off of. That’s why a proper cleanse always includes a heavy metal detox at the same time. If you don’t, you’re just stirring up the mess, letting it reabsorb and make you very sick. If you’re ready to do this safely—and effectively—I’ve got you. Comment “Deworm” and I’ll send you the exact protocol I use. 🌸 MAKE SURE YOU ARE FOLLOWING ME FIRST or it won’t send! 🌼 Don’t wait for a sushi moment to take this seriously. #detox #heal #health #gut credit: @keith_lee125
The ribbon worm (aka nemertean) is one of the longest animals on Earth — some grow over 100 feet long 😶 Soft body. Hidden jaws. Extendable mouth. Ocean horror disguised as a noodle.
WHITE ROPE WORM REMOVAL- COLONIC FOOTAGE If you've ever wondered whether parasites are really inside of people... here's your answer. What you're seeing isn't "just mucus." It's not "undigested food." 🪱This is rope worm. A type of parasitic colony that can live in the intestines for YEARS without being detected. 》They're white, long, sticky, and they attach themselves to the gut wall, feeding off your nutrients, stealing your energy, + dumping toxins that create symptoms such as: ▪︎Bloating ▪︎IBS ▪︎Constipation ▪︎Brain fog ▪︎Rashes + eczema ▪︎Anxiety + mood swings ▪︎Sugar cravings ▪︎Low energy ▪︎Gut dysbiosis ▪︎Weak Immune System ▪︎Food sensitivities ➡️ Most people have NO idea that they have parasites because they are commonly overlooked and misdiagnosed in the U.S. 🔍Where are people getting parasites? -Tap water -Surfaces -Pets -Meat -Fish -Produce -Unpasteurized Dairy This is why parasite cleansing isn't "extreme." -It's essential. Once you cleanse and see what comes out... you'll understand why your body has been struggling. If you're ready to cleanse safely and effectively, start with and all natural herbal tincture and a full body cellular heavy metal detox. This combo pulls parasites out, traps the toxins, and supports the liver + gut so you don't get die-off symptoms. Your energy, your skin, your digestion, your mood - EVERYTHING changes when the parasites are gone. 💬Comment DEWORM and I'll send you the full cleanse. #parasitecleanse #guthealth #naturalhealing #holistichealth #parents

An amazing underwater bloom. Fan worms, also known as Sabellidae, adorn seabeds with their vibrant hues and delicate, feather-like appendages. These sedentary filter feeders sprout from long tubes constructed of mud or sand, cemented by mucus, with tentacles that extend from their hidden mouth to allow them to breathe and collect specks of food from the surrounding water. Fan worms are timid creatures, quickly retreating back into themselves at the slightest sense of movement or change in light, which they detect with eyes on their tentacles. At the height of their display, they’re reminiscent of aquatic flowers sprouting from the earth. Video by @paulnicklen via @sealegacy Sources: @natgeo, Britannica
