but honestly, this isn’t about shame. it’s about what feels right for me and i know so many other mamas out there. feeling deep inside that placing their baby in the hands of strangers to spend more time with their own child while they go work for someone else just could never feel right.
it’s an innate, biological hardwiring to WANT to be there to meet your babies needs, to breastfeed on demand, to build secure attachment within your baby.
but in today’s world, so many are needing to choose between being at home with their babies or going out to provide and have financial independence. and honestly that makes me so sad.
