‼️‼️NEW SHOP ALERT ‼️‼️ Located at around 41st and Yale is a New Mexican coffee shop - @coffeeconpan_. I was finally able to go and check it out today. Inside is beautifully decorations with a vibrant tree and inviting seating. They have a good menu of coffee drinks and Mexican drinks like aqua frescas, and have some food items too. I just wanted to try something new so I tried the “cafe de olla,” which I believe is some sort of brewed coffee in a clay pot with spices. It was sweet and spicy, and I genuinely enjoyed trying it and having something out of the ordinary. I didn’t try any food but they do have some Mexican desserts there. My husband went later and got a Mexican mocha. While him and I both enjoyed our drinks, I do think it was a bit pricey (but it seems all coffee drinks these days are getting expensive). I would recommend it for anyone who wants some more traditional Mexican coffee drinks and for people wanting to try something new! Have you been? #coffeetulsa #mexicancoffee
U.S. Bank employee Raymon Toribio loves Café Ollama because of its connection to heritage: “Ollama isn't just a coffee shop, it’s a legacy of Mexican culture.” Co-owner Lesley Reyes, a U.S. Bank client, provides a place for the Kansas City community to gather over food and special drinks such as café de olla, a Mexican coffee spiced with cinnamon, star anise and piloncillo. #SmallBusinessMonth #SupportLocal #usbanksmallbusiness

There's something special about a great Mexican coffee. 🇲🇽☕ This is Vol. 1 from @_rosacafe_ , a 100% single-origin coffee from the high-altitude region of Huatusco, Veracruz. Grown from Catimor and Bourbon varietals, then washed, fermented for 72 hours, and sun-dried, it produces a cup that's incredibly balanced. I brewed it as an iced pour-over using the @timemoreproducts Vector Dripper, and it really highlighted the coffee's smooth, silky body. Right away I picked up notes of caramel, cocoa, and roasted nuts, followed by a honey-like sweetness with just enough citrus to keep everything bright and refreshing. Even over ice, it stayed sweet, clean, and full of flavor from the first sip to the last. This is the kind of coffee that reminds you how good Mexican coffee can be when it's grown and processed with care. It's raining coffee out of the sky 🎶🎵😁 Couldn't miss #rosettathursday so here you go!!! Coffee thanks to the guys at @pachamama_coffee Loaded the @fiorenzatousa hopper with Half Caff, a Mexican coffee that tastes like cafe abuelita with a touch sweet honey 😍😍😍 What's interesting about this coffee is that it's half decaf so that means you can enjoy this twice as much without the caffeine hit 😁💪 This is my first time trying a decaf... Or half decaf I guess and it was really really good. Really looking forward to trying their espresso roast and their Nicaragua light roast. And did you notice the @fellowproducts Carter? The art on it is amazing... Really nice travel mug 👍 #coffeeoftheday #latteart #latteartgram #coffee
