The fashion industry doesn’t have a talent problem. It has a structure problem. Every day, we see incredible creatives with vision, style, and potential… but no clear pathway to turn that into a real career. No access. No guidance. No system. Most organizations focus on inspiration. Some offer opportunity. A few provide funding. But almost no one is building careers from the ground up. That’s what we do at MHFA. We don’t just teach fashion. We architect careers-guiding creatives from identity and skill -to execution, exposure, and paid opportunities. Because talent alone isn’t enough. Structure is what changes everything. MHFA isn’t a program. It’s the infrastructure where fashion careers begin. #MHFA #FashionCareers #CreativePipeline #FashionEducation #CreativeEconomy

MHFA, but taught with heart🤎 Who would’ve thought, after years of trying to figure out life, that my purpose was right in my face; to help others! This work is everything to me and I’m not gonna lie, it’s not always easy. But every time I step into a room, I show up fully, I pour into others, and I get to witness people grow, connect, and feel seen. Being a Mental Health First Aid facilitator isn’t just about teaching skills, safety & knowledge it’s about creating space, holding space, and reminding people that care, understanding, and compassion matter. I love what I do because I get to combine passion with purpose, and the energy in the room? You can feel it. That’s why I keep showing up, even on the hard days because the impact, the little moments, and the growth that happens in these sessions? That’s everything. ✨ I say this to say, keep showing up! Shine light on dark situations! #mhfafacilitator #mhfa
