My tips for healthy plants 🌿 Prevention & treatment of powdery mildew 💚 This is a fungi disease that can colonize plants & spread out rapidly on the same plant but also other plants with the help of the wind or insects. It usually appear when the weather is humid and it needs to be treated early to make sure the plant can continue to produce vegetables & fruits. 🌿 If you already have powdery mildew… Cut the heavily infested leaves and move them away from your plants & garden to avoid spores spreading. Some people compost them but I would then recommend to let the leaves die first so that the fungi disappears too. If you have a doubt don’t compost and throw them out. 🌿 If you do not have powdery mildew yet… You can use milk as a prevention. If humid weather comes, it’s best to prevent the apparition of mildew! Spray the leaves 2 times a week can be sufficient and avoid spraying in full sun. Better at sunset 🙌🏼 Use whole non-processed milk, no UHT milk for optimal effects. Finally got our van running again. It did a LOT of sitting around since and the inside was nasty and humid feeling. Luckily, @evadryofficial makes this small and compact dehumidifier unit called the Eva-Dry EDV 1100. It’s a unit that is only about 8 inches tall and 4 round. It is also VERY light but had a good capacity/is virtually silent. They made this specifically for smaller areas - garages, closets, gym lockers, dirty tour vans, whatever you need that’s a tight area. I was able to plug it into my 300w solar generator and it BARELY drained any power from it. It probably could have run about 14 hours with no charge to the generator. Also, I dropped it out of the van onto the concrete immediately after filming this video 🤣 and it doesn’t have a scratch and still works perfectly.
