About three years ago, I made this video with different footage. I wasn’t sure how many dads would relate. After millions of views and thousands of messages, I realized how lonely dads were. I realized I wasn’t alone in my struggles. I looked for resources for dads that went beyond jokes, how to change a diaper, and the other five percent of what makes up being a truly present father. I didn’t really find much. So I started writing and gathering my past reflections. Flash forward to today, and my book is set to release in a little over two months. I want this book to be the arm around your shoulder. The arm I didn’t have. I see you, fellow tired dad. Keep showing up.
