Ridging or edging is what I call it! Turning the blaster up on one side to get more of a scraping motion. What’s it do? It gets deeper into the layers and it helps to tone the area (especially around the muscles) it also helps to break up adhesion faster by going in at an angle! I’m so excited because I’ve already had over 10 clients buy the Nexcia, and I’ve personally been using it for over a month now. Everyone’s had time to feel it, try it, and really understand how it works. I even have new clients getting ready to purchase as we head into the winter season. The Nexcia combines a 940 nanometer infrared light with a lymphatic brush to help get the lymphatic system moving before fascia blasting. The basic kit comes with one disc with smaller claws, which makes it a great starter and much easier to use than traditional fascia blasters. It’s not waterproof, so I still recommend using your other tools in the shower, but this is perfect for full body sessions, after workouts, or when you’re using an infrared sauna. Use the infrared light on this tissue and get it super warm. Then use a small claw to go back to that tissue and just “sit on it”. Listen to your body, it will guide you! Video by @fitn50something 🤎
