Here we capture some of the voluminous creations and fresh thinking by Birmingham City University @mybcu at #GFW23. @notjustalabel has been whizzing between shows @officialgfw this week but the crescendo moment, a.k.a the finale Best Of #GFW23 runway extravaganza, took place on a balmy Thursday evening in Shoreditch, London. And it didn’t disappoint. Showcasing the highlighted winners such as @faithohare @edinburghfashion intricate woollen looks; Charlotte-Susan Lamb’s — grad class of ‘23 @csl.design_ @cvspa_bafashion — beige and off-white palette of whimsical knits and ruffled linen separates; and James Tree’s — grad @mcrfashioninstitute — fringed and grungy aesthetic that is super wearable come AW23. We are scouting right now and look forward to welcoming these fresh talents to our virtual showroom where they can join the Not Just A Label ranks of designers such as Rick Owens and Mary Katrantzou who joined our platform way back when they embarked on their careers in fashion.
