I never open my gym on NY day. That is the only day the gym is closed. The main reason for that is to celebrate my mum’s birthday. Mum was born at the beginning of January. I don’t quite know the exact date but I chose the first of January to remember her. I know that may seem bizarre but we’re talking Africa in 1928! My mother was an incredible woman. She went through hell after dad died and left her with ten children to look after by herself. She passed away before we were able to give her the life she deserved. Gutting! Unfair! But, I truly believe everything happens for a reason. I guess I just want the world to know that an angel like my mum existed. That is why I will always talk about her. My social media team colleague @mankz_ send this video as a surprise last night. What a kind thing to do, even though he made me ball my eyes out! I had no idea he was going to make this video for my mum. Thank you @mankz_ HAPPY BIRTHDAY, mum. I will never forget you! #happy #birthday #mum #missyou

The Vessel en NYC - de día 🌤 o de noche🌙?? The Vessel es una de las edificaciones en el barrio de Hudson Yards en Manhattan que más llama la atención, yo diría junto a the Shed y el balcón panorámico de the Edge. Concebido como un laberinto vertical, en el que podías entrar y perderte un rato hasta llegar a la parte de arriba, a día de hoy solo puede verse desde la base. Una visita rápida, pero imprescindible cuando visites @hudsonyards en NYC!! Eso seguro!! Ahora solo te falta decidir si ir de día o de noche! Pero verifica el horario porque tiene horarios de apertura y cierre al público que varían según temporada!… ah!
