Ingredients
പാൽ/milk-1.5 litres
അരി അട/rice ada-100g
Milkymist chocolate condensed milk
chocolates (optional)
Ghee-1 tbsp
Cashews-6
Boil milk, then add cooked rice ada. When it boils, add Milkymist condensed milk and cook for a couple of minutes. When it thickens, add chocolate if you like. Finish with a ghee and cashew tampering.

എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ഒരു പാലട പായസം ആയാല്ലോ!?
Ingredients
Milk – 1 litre
Sugar – 1 cup
Ada – ½ cup (soak in hot water 15 min)
Butter/Ghee – 1–2 tsp
Slow-cook milk.In a pressure cooker, add milk + sugar.
Place the weight, but cook on low flame.
Do NOT allow even one whistle , switch off just before it whistles.
Total time: around 45 minutes on low flame.
Open the cooker, add the soaked & drained ada.
Close again with weight on, keep on low flame.
Again, don’t let it whistle , switch off right before.
Cook for about 30 minutes.
Open, mix well, simmer if needed for the right consistency.
Add 1–2 tsp butter/ghee at the end.
Rest 10 minutes.
Serve hot or chilled! 🩷️🤍

🌸പാലട പായസം - Palada Payasam🍮
Ingredients:
• അരി അട / Rice Ada - 1 cup
• പാൽ / Milk - 4.5 cups
• വെള്ളം / Water - 1.5 cups
• പഞ്ചസാര / Sugar - 1.75 cups
• നെയ്യ് / Ghee - 2.5 tbsps
• Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup(optional)
Method:
• In a pressure cooker, combine milk, water, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Close the lid and simmer on a low flame for 1 hour.
• In the meantime, cook the ada in sufficient water Or soak ada in boiling water for 30mins until soft. Drain and rinse thoroughly under normal water.
• Heat a heavy-bottomed pan, add ghee, and sauté the ada for about 1 minute.
• Pour in the cooked milk mixture and stir well to combine.
• Add condensed milk and adjust sweetness with additional sugar if required.
• Continue stirring until the mixture begins to thicken. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Rose milk being not to thick and having plenty of small chunks to bite was awsome.
The sugar free ice cream tasted exactly as the normal vanilla cup ice creams we get in every supermarket but considering it was sugar free was nice.
