The BEST planner that I have ever used is Passion Planner. I have used their planners for a few years now and I love them. They incorporate an impactful goal setting section, but not in an overwhelming way. They have printable free versions on their website so you can try before you buy, which is amazing! One of my favorite parts of my Passion Planner is using the back pages for tracking different things. There is so much extra free space that the possibilities are endless! But for me, these are the things I’ve been tracking: •One Line a Day- Writing down one thing i’m grateful for each day (And yes, there is a gap in May- it was tough to stick to my planner after having baby Stella) •Movement- Keeping track of what movement and workout program i’m doing •Reading Log- Tracking when I finish books and when i’m reading them. This year has been a bit slower with books, that’s ok! •Whoop Recovery- I track my recovery on my @whoop , this means how my sleep was, my previous day activity and how my habits reflect into my recovery. •Whoop Strain- Tracking my activity level of each day based on the measurements in my Whoop Filling these out every weekend makes me realize and see my overall week. What can I improve on What can be changed What can be eliminated What brings me joy Tracking these kind of things is always going to be a personal preference, everyone is different. When I first started designing Passion Planner, I was told no one uses a planner anymore. But I did. For my ADHD dyslexic brain my only moments of calm and clarity were when I took all of my swirling thoughts and put them on a safe place .. my paper planner. From the first time I was given a free holographic cover planner from my public elementary school to now, I have relied on a planner to keep my thoughts organized. I knew I couldn’t be the only one. So, with a little leap of faith and $6 to my name, l launched a Kickstarter. Strangers from all over the world backed the project, and in 30 days we raised $48,000. Now, 12 years later, 3 million sold we’re still going! So here 1 am just reading reviews on a random Sunday from people I probably will never be able to meet feeling grateful for everything that’s happened and how far we’ve come. Thank you to everyone who’s supported us or believed in our mission or has written a review for us! All of these things add up and have helped us become who we are today. We’ve always had our PDFs free for anyone to download and have given more than 700,000 planners to non profits and schools. We couldn’t have done it without you.
