Viral Ikea Pax fitted wardrobe hack 🙌🏼 I am being asked constant questions on this at the moment, one of them being a more slowed down video asking what we did to make these, so hopefully this helps 🥰 If you have any questions please leave them below and I’ll try to get back to you all! 💕

Custom @ikeauk Pax Wardrobe | design code is QR6JFH 🏡If you have any questions, feel free to drop them in the comments! These are the PAX wardrobes from @ikeauk @ikea – they look just like fitted wardrobes, and I’m obsessed with how they turned out! We went in-store and sat down with an IKEA planner to design everything – honestly recommend doing this instead of designing at home. They gave great advice and helped bring my vision to life. I had my heart set on a panel-style door from the start, and as soon as I saw FLISBERGET in light beige, I knew it was the one. The inside of wardrobe is grey beige but honestly you can't tell the difference! Wardrobe height: 236cm Room height: 237cm – Our joiner removed the carpet underneath so the wardrobes could fit perfectly. It worked out amazingly and gave that fitted look I really wanted. Inside the wardrobe, I wanted: • Rail for long dresses • Rails for blazers & blouses • Storage for bags • Shoe storage • Pull-out trouser hanger • Jewellery/accessory drawer • Perfume display – and we managed to include it all! Lights are coming soon – still planning that bit! We originally booked fitting via IKEA’s TaskRabbit (approx £240), but the team couldn’t fit it due to the ceiling height. So, we brought in another joiner @tmprecisionfurniture who made it work by removing the carpet. Note: IKEA delivery drivers didn’t take the items upstairs – they said it was due to health and safety. So be prepared if you’ve got stairs! #wardobes #customwardrobes #ikeapax #ikeahack #ikea #ikeahome #ikeawardrobe #homereel #wonderfuleveryday

DROP ANY QUESTIONS BELOW! I finally have all the measurements you’ve been asking for and the design layout, for the IKEA pax wardrobe reno. So as mentioned in the video on the left side we have 3 frames - 35 cm deep and 75 cm white and on the right we have 3 frames again - 100 cm wide and 58 cm deep. When we did this wardrobe renovation the whole thing cost us $1920 I have seen that the pax systems have gone up in price since then (i.e. the shallow frames were $130 today they cost $190), but it’s amazing value still for a semi custom wardrobe fit out. The comparison to custom cabinetry is wild! We had quotes done at the time and there was no way we could’ve afforded that and the quality of these wardrobes has been exceptional. They are now 4 years old and still look like they did the first day we installed them! #ikeahacksandideas #ikea #ikeapax #ikeahome #wardrobe #closet

Ikea Pax drawer hack 👗 link in bio (Amazon storefront) In a Pax wardrobe with doors, it’s not possible to place a drawer at the bottom due to protruding hinges. By replacing the hinges with refrigerator hinges, it becomes possible to install a drawer at the bottom. The drawer at the bottom is not obstructed by the hinges and can be easily used. The doors need to be readjusted by installing a refrigerator hinge. To attach the new hinge, I removed the white plate and used the screws from the IKEA hinge, ensuring a secure fit. #ikea #ikeahack #ikeapax #closettour #aesthetic #organizedhome
