Does not mean have any filters in forming bonds, but do have a strong enough sense of self that it doesn’t get swayed owing to these bonds.
A good partner can change your life.
If I give one advice: find your Valentina.
We had no car. We lived in a small old flat with graffiti at the door. We could not go to nice places. But it did not matter.
She believed in me when no one else did. That is why we are here today.
More to come. Thank you @valentinavidartes 🤍

When you build good habits first, that is what sets you apart from others, we worked really hard in the first year and made sure to keep on top of it while I moved forward. And even though we're not together doesn't mean that it doesn't work.
What do you do in your relationship?
1- Stop looking for your soulmate. Start looking for your soul mate. You will have multiple soulmates in your life and the most important thing you can do to make sure you end with the right one is to work on yourself. Travel, spend time alone, meditate, know yourself. Heal. Learn the basics of relationships (communication styles, attachment styles, love languages)
2- Trust your gut. If it’s not a HELL YES, then it’s a f**k no. I get it, we want to say yes to most opportunities and not miss out on life but if you say yes to everything you’re giving energy and time to things that aren’t aligned and this can cost you very precious years of your life. Time (after your health) is your most valuable asset. Spend it efficiently.
3- Invest in your health and body NOW. Your health is everything. We take it for granted when we are young but it’s and will always be your biggest asset. Eat well, train, recover. People end up sacrificing everything they have to get their health back, and often don’t succeed.
4- Fail often and fast. Your 20s is the perfect time to experiment, change countries, start businesses. Failing is a blessing. It teaches you redirection and gives you experience. Don’t waste time in wanting to be “perfect”, take the leap and figure out along the way. You’ll regret all the moves you didn’t make when you get to your forties.
5- Prioritise play. I spent most of my twenties and early thirties working myself to the ground during the week so I could get drunk and high for play on weekends but never actually took on board hobbies or actual connection activities. I didn’t know what play was unless I was intoxicated which makes me sad.
6- Start investing early. Create the habit of investing and saving. Even if it’s just $50/$100 a week. The compound effect is real! I regret not starting in my twenties. You want to have security and assets ready for big moves.
Please read that again until we all get it 📣
You should always be looking to improve yourself
