Here are 2 helpful tools for managing priorities:
1️⃣ Binary Comparison.
Given the brain has a preference for binary decisions, compare only 2 options at a time and narrow down priorities that way.
2️⃣ The Eisenhower Matrix.
Look at each task and ask two questions: (1) How urgent is this? (2) How important is this?
