This is a FREE waterfall to visit in Mpumalanga, it is called Maria shires falls and it is situated opposite Forest Falls Picnic Area.
You can park your car on the side of the road (like we did ) or pay R20 for secure parking at the picnic area.
The signage is small and can easily be missed but it is a very short walk from the parking across the road through the forest. The waterfall is wider rather than higher but still beautiful.

Sabie was all time! I was super motivated for the race, felt good on the track and seeded fastest on Sunday morning. Unfortunately I ended up with a mechanical and that was that. Super bummed about it but hey, i’m still feeling good and that’s how it goes sometimes! On to the next race. I’m fired up!🤘🏻🔥

It did say dense fog warning but we were not prepared for this!
We started going pretty slow to watch out for other cars.
Cars in South Africa pass on two lane roads often so it was hard to tell if someone in the other lane was passing and would be in our lane!
We drove in this for about an hour. So glad when the fog cleared.
