Is it too early for Christmas music? 🎄 🎅 🎁
@sainsmart sent me an early Christmas present to demo - beyond excited to get this thing up and running! I will say / if you have no exposure, there is a bit of a learning curve to setting up the machine.
@jamesdeandesigns - thank you! Your setup video was beyond instrumental in the building and assembly.
First impression - machine was dead simple to setup for a beginner. There is a learning curve to CNC milling - right now I’m in the beginning stages of my learning. Luckily, Sainsmart’s included files included a Christmas tree carving. I used a huge piece of scrap mdf just in case I messed up to give myself some buffer 🤣
Next up is figuring out how to make this thing cut a circle so I can make a custom end grain cutting board ✌️
