15 TRAVEL HACKS THAT ACTUALLY SAVE YOU MONEY 🌍✈️
1. Be flexible with dates
Flying mid-week or at odd hours is often way cheaper. Flexibility is currency.
2. Let the destination choose you
Search “Anywhere” from your city. The cheapest flight might change your whole plan.
3. Track prices, don’t rush
Set price alerts and wait. Most people overpay because they book emotionally.
4. Pack carry-on only
No baggage fees, no waiting, no stress. Pack smart and do laundry on the road.
5. Book flights in incognito
Avoid price jumps from repeated searches. Small trick, real difference.
6. Stay where locals stay
Hostels, guesthouses, and private rooms are cheaper and more social than hotels.
7. Slow travel
Fewer flights, longer stays = lower costs and better experiences.
8. Travel off-season
Same places, fewer crowds, half the price. Shoulder season is elite.
9. Use public transport
Buses and metros save money and show you the real city.
10. Eat local, not tourist food
If there’s no English menu, you’re in the right place—and paying less.
11. Withdraw cash wisely
Avoid airport exchanges. Use ATMs and low-fee cards instead.
12. Book accommodation with kitchens
Cooking a few meals saves more than you think.
13. Take overnight transport
Night buses or trains save you a night of accommodation.
14. Work or volunteer while traveling
Hostels, farms, or cafes often offer free stays for a few hours of work.
💡 Bonus: With the code NOA200, you get $10 off your Worldpackers membership.
15. Don’t move too fast
Constant movement is expensive. Staying put saves money and energy.

Many people are shocked when they see this grave because of how long it is.
This grave is located in Oman, in the city of Salalah (Dhofar region).
Local people believe it is the grave of Prophet Hazrat Imran (AS).
Hazrat Imran (AS) is mentioned in the Qur’an, but the Qur’an does NOT mention his grave or its length.
Allah says in the Qur’an:
“Indeed, Allah chose Adam, Nuh, the family of Ibrahim, and the family of Imran above all people.”
(Surah Aal-e-Imran 3:33)
Hazrat Imran (AS) is known as:
• The father of Maryam (AS)
• The grandfather of Isa (AS)
So why is this grave so long?
Islam teaches us through an authentic Hadith that early humans were much taller than people today.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that Adam (AS) was created very tall, and humans became shorter over time.
Because of this belief, many ancient graves are made long as a symbol and reminder, not as proof.
This grave is not a place of worship.
It is a reminder of history, of Allah’s power, and of how little we truly know about the past.
No matter how tall or strong a person was,
every soul returns to the earth.
Reflect.
Remember Allah.
Prepare for the Akhirah.
⸻
📌 OPTIONAL PINNED COMMENT (VERY IMPORTANT)
Hazrat Imran (AS) is mentioned in the Qur’an (Surah Aal-e-Imran).
The length of the grave comes from historical tradition, not from Qur’an or Sahih Hadith.

Salzburg in winter feels like walking into a fairytale. ❄️
Snow-covered rooftops, a glowing fortress on the hill, and streets that look straight out of a storybook. This Austrian city might be the most magical winter destination in Europe.

Save money in Switzerland 🇨🇭 👇🏻:
.
👉🏻First, don’t stay in the main city areas.
If you stay 15–30 minutes outside, hotels are much cheaper.
For example, instead of Interlaken, stay in Wilderswil.
👉🏻Try not to eat out for every meal.
Restaurant food is expensive and it adds up fast.
We carried ready-to-cook meals and also shopped from Coop, their local supermarket.
👉🏻You can skip Jungfrau if you’re on a budget.
It’s one of the most expensive experiences, and honestly, you’ll find similar views on other mountain tops.
👉🏻If you’re planning to visit Zermatt, keep in mind that hotels there are very expensive.
A better option is staying in Täsch or Visp and doing a Zermatt day trip.
👉🏻Don’t waste money on bottled water.
You can refill your bottle from natural fountains almost everywhere.
👉🏻And one thing we 100% recommend - get the Swiss Travel Pass.
It saves so much time and money.
We got ours from @headout.
