I’ve spent nearly 20 years in a male-dominated industry - first in insurance managing broker relationships, then in construction building strong partnerships with builders and trades. People assume I need “thick skin”; the truth is I lead with care, focus, and clear communication - qualities that get results. The landscape has changed: women are project leads, estimators, site supervisors, and business owners. I’m proud to be part of that evolution - shaping projects, solving problems, and driving high standards every day.
