What began as a local initiative to support farmers has grown into one of Ethiopia’s largest and most respected green coffee exporters. The company works with thousands of producers across the country. It operates 71 washing stations and 11 dry mills in Bensa, Aroressa, and Chire districts. In Addis Ababa and Hawassa, Daye Bensa manages eight export warehouses with a total area of 9️⃣4️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ m², along with a state-of-the-art cleaning and sorting facility featuring color sorters, handpicking belts, and a pneumatic bulk container loading system (4 tons/hour capacity). Daye Bensa maintains a network of over 2,500 member farmers🧑‍🌾, and sources coffee from 50,000–70,000 smallholders, each with farms ranging from 2 to 5 hectares. Du måste testa 😍 Ingredienser (för en form 15-20 cm): Tårta: 2 dl färska dadlar (medelstora ca 14 st, urkärnade) 3 ägg 0,75 dl olivolja 1 dl kvarg (eller grekisk yoghurt) 0,5 dl valfri mjölk 1,2 dl havremjöl 0,5 dl mandelmjöl (min från @koro_sverige, rabattkod i bio) 1 dl kakao 1,5 tsk bakpulver 1 tsk vaniljpulver eller vaniljextrakt 1 nypa salt Ganache: 60 g mörk choklad utan socker (min är från @koro_sverige, rabattkod i bio) Ca 0,3 dl valfri mjölk Gör så här: 1️⃣ Om du använder andra sorters dadlar än de färska: blötlägg dem i varmt vatten i 10 minuter och häll sedan av vätskan. Julen 2024 🎄 såhär blev årets julbord hos mig och även om min speed var turbo hann jag inte med min ljumna grönkålssallad och jag glömde ta fram 2 sorters julgodis jag hade bakat. Som vanligt är det inget gästerna märker utan bara man själv. Jul blev det ändå, alla åt sig mätte, barnen fick klappar och vi vuxna hade trevligt sällskap fram till sent på kvällen.
