Last night was a flamenco show in Madrid… “Mommy those are the chompy things.” Referring to the castañuelas, which we have literally talked about for weeks. And although most of the time they’re just asking for snacks and WiFi, one day they’ll remember nights like this. The music. The dancing. Spain trip continued… We explored Madrid’s Mercado de San Miguel, a beautifully restored 1916 iron market just steps from Plaza Mayor, sampling some of the city’s best tapas, fresh seafood, and local wines (and gelato) all under one roof. Day 2 in Madrid did not disappoint! ✨ Students visited the iconic Real Madrid CF stadium 🏟️, explored the stunning Royal Palace of Madrid 👑 and finished the evening with a spectacular flamenco show 💃🔥 Over 20,000 steps later… safe to say it was a day to remember!
