I am receiving notifications from residents in Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Ladera Ranch, and surrounding areas. I am working to obtain additional information on the situation. The cause is currently unknown. Thanks to PG&E and LS Power for working together to locate the new substation at the existing Metcalf site - protecting critical open space and natural flood plains. This plan preserves Coyote Valley while strengthening grid reliability for the future.
