THIS was RESET. This was the start of our Next Era… It showed that not everything powerful needs to be loud. Some things are felt in the stillness. RESET is one of them. And this was one to remember 🖤
Your life happens in the spaces between. In the moments that feel like waiting. In the seconds between text messages. In the minutes you commute. In the hours you work. In the days, weeks, years between milestones. Life is happening all the time. Not just in the big moments. It’s happening right here with *this* breath. ⏳✨🌅
Practice invites us to stay with what’s here, even when it feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar. The effort, the resistance, the moments when the mind says this is just too much. Challenge can feel permanent when you’re inside it, but it never is. Eventually sensations shift, the breath steadies, and what once felt overwhelming softens. What lasts is not the struggle, but what you cultivate by meeting it with awareness. Presence. Trust. The confidence and resilience that grows each time you stay with what is. Whatever you’re moving through on your mat today, let it pass and allow your practice to remain. Practice with me at @innerdimensionyoga. 🎥 “Stamina” Yoga 45 for 45 #yoga #yogapractice #yogateacher #yogaeverday #innerdimensionyoga
Isolation and refocus season 🤍 This is the time to show up for yourself, even on the days that feel hard. Growth happens when it’s uncomfortable, and that’s where real strength is built. Becoming the best version of yourself isn’t about perfection, it’s about consistency, discipline and turning up anyway. Join me on the mat for THE METHOD X a powerful heated sequence that challenges your body, sharpens your mind and builds resilience from the inside out. I offer: • 60 minute classes • 90 minute classes • One-to-one sessions If you’re ready to reset, refocus, move and have fun - drop me a message for more info 🧘‍♀️✨
Gentle reminder: You’re not late. You’re exactly where you need to be — learning, growing, becoming. 🌱 Breathe. Trust the timing.
Stop Drop Yoga~ The ability to #calm your #nervous_system is imperative to walk away from fright or flight responses in your body. Remaining calm allows for complete mental focus and clarity in mind and spirit.💕💕💕
A simple, grounded example of this “method of stillness” could be: each day, even for a few minutes, pause completely: no phone, no role, no performance. Sit, breathe naturally, and watch without correcting anything: What am I feeling? What is driving this action: fear, approval, benefit, or truth? Not to judge, only to see. Over time, this quiet seeing begins to dissolve confusion. Clarity is not forced; it appears when the noise settles. In Gratitude 🙏🏻 Much Love ❤️ Iness
To my end-of-2026 self, I hope your life feels more honest. Not louder. Not more impressive. Just more aligned. I hope you recognize yourself in the choices you made—in how you moved, how you rested, and how often you looked inward for answers. I hope your body feels stronger, your mind clearer, and your life shaped less by obligation and more by trust. Because when growth becomes the goal—over safety, certainty, or control—you don’t just change your life. You learn how to belong within it.
As life moves faster, I like to slow down. Constantly I feel like I’m being pushed to move quicker. I’m always behind. Always trying to catch up. But these days I know I’m the one setting the speed. I’m the one who can choose to slow down. That’s a tenet of mine both in my personal life and by extension in @vlnrbl.creative where I create for others. Shout out to @jmschmidtke and @four_corners_yoga
Our focus is Power & Control🔌 Building strength through slow, intentional movement rather than speed or force. Expect glutes, legs, core, and a calm-but-challenging burn, with options throughout so you can choose what feels right for your body. Strength doesn’t have to feel frantic control is powerful 🔋
Less control. More of you.
When you stay with truth without forcing external change, it doesn’t feel like progress at first. It feels like tension. Like holding something you can’t set down or fully carry.
