Comment “Build” and I’ll send you the positioning blueprint. Most people think personal branding is about showing what you do. That’s amateur thinking. Great brands don’t describe the present. They design the future. The real job of content is not to prove you’re skilled. It’s to show your audience the gap between where they are and where they could be. Corporate employee. Predictable salary. Limited leverage. Versus: Independent founder. Own audience. Control over income and time. Your content should act like a map. Not just the destination. But the bridge. What changed. What broke. What you built differently. When you clearly articulate the journey, something powerful happens: People stop seeing you as a creator. They start seeing you as the guide. Framework: Vision → Gap → Bridge → Path → Guide Once someone believes you understand their future better than they do, the decision becomes simple. They don’t just buy your offer. They buy your way forward. The strongest brands don’t chase clients. They build the road people naturally want to walk.
The goal of sucking at creative strategy to be bebeasilt forgotten. It's becoming easier than ever to suck at creative since our attentions spans continue to shrink and this probably the easist area to suck at simply by not trying. The outcome will make it very obvious when you DGAF.
“It’s not like they’re handing you cash… it’s just an exchange of energy.” On this episode of The Profitable Creative, host @christianbrim talks with Graham Kuhn of @focusfilmsllc about a mindset shift that completely changes how you think about money and pricing. Most creatives struggle with charging what they’re worth because money feels heavy, emotional, and personal. But what if it’s simpler than that? - Money is just an agreement - Value is subjective - Every transaction is an exchange—not a loss When you stop treating money like something you’re taking… and start seeing it as something being exchanged for value, you show up differently. And you charge differently. Because the truth is: what people are willing to pay is unique to them. Listen to the full episode to rethink how you price, sell, and grow! Which one are you?😉
It’s not it bruh. Comment the word BRAND and I’ll send you a free tool to figure out what the fuck it actually is
If your studio is slow, don’t overcomplicate it. If you’re sitting around waiting for the phone to ring or a client to magically book… that’s crazy. You have two problems. 1. Not enough people know you exist 2. The people who know you exist don’t want to buy from you Your solution? Market harder. I promise you that will solve all of your problems and every other factor you can’t control as a byproduct. Hope this helps 🤍
You can't quote halfway and hope it works out later. If you don’t fully understand what the client needs, that price you blurted out too soon will become a prison. And most creatives won’t renegotiate—they’ll just eat the cost. Avoid scope creep by scoping first. Quote after. Follow for more tips like this.
Why Service is the Ultimate Marketing Hack 🎙Episode 32 — “Plan Smart, Grow Faster” In this Yes Academy Podcast episode, Leo and Phang recap how to set clear goals using the SMART method, and explain why goals only work when you have a solid plan. Mr Pang breaks down the difference between strategy (the big direction) and tactics (the step-by-step actions). They also introduce a 4-quadrant matrix to help business owners analyze where their sales come from—existing vs. new products and markets—so they can spot risks, balance their portfolio, and plan for growth. With real examples and percentages, they demonstrate how to assess where your current revenue comes from, decide what an ideal mix looks like, and how being too dependent on one quadrant can become risky—especially during unexpected disruptions like the pandemic. 💡 In This Episode, You’ll Learn: ✅How to set stronger goals using SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely). ✅The clear difference between strategy vs tactics, and why you need both to execute. ✅How to use the 4-quadrant portfolio matrix to evaluate your business, spot risk, and plan growth into new markets/products. Once you have your goal, you need a plan too, strategy and tactics are equally as important.” — Phang 🗓 Date: 27th February 2026 (Friday) 🕖 Time: 10PM (GMT+8) 🎧 Available on all platforms: 📺 YouTube: @yesacademy.618 🎵 Spotify: @yesacademy.618 🎬 TikTok: @yesacademy.618 📸 Instagram: @yesacademy.618 Live link: https://www.youtube.com/live/Wh9MlXLlYu8?si=OTHSjQxP77ENIKfj

Everything becomes process. Post. Produce. Repeat. At first, it works. Then suddenly you hit a wall. No new ideas. No direction. No clarity on what to do next. That’s not a bad sign. That’s the signal. It means what you’re doing is working… but your thinking hasn’t evolved with it. And when thinking stops, work turns into a job. Not creation. Not strategy. Just output.
everyone teaches you to follow the “outlier theory” but most people are doing it completely wrong tell me if you can relate to this… you can copy an outlier EXACTLY and still barely get any views. that’s because you’re probably LATE to the trend. you got to be aware of where you sit on the adoption curve. so you can be quicker to ideas before anyone else. follow @patrickdangofficial to learn more on how to build your personal brand
