What a brewtiful evening! ☕✨ Last week Rot.Jong visited Heilige Boontjes for a hands-on barista workshop and our partner RDAM captured it perfectly in this amazing video. During the session, members learned about specialty coffee, espresso techniques, milk texturing, and even tried their hand at latte art. But what truly made this event special was the story behind Heilige Boontjes: their commitment to offering new opportunities to young Rotterdammers and using coffee as a vehicle for positive impact. Behind the scenes at Madrid Coffee Fest 2026. ☕ From February 14th to 16th, Madrid Coffee Fest transformed Pavilion 14 at IFEMA into Europe’s most vibrant coffee hub. With a 40% expansion this year, the energy was undeniable—a true testament to the evolution of our industry. We were at the centre of this movement, connecting with roasters, baristas, and coffee lovers from around the world. Our booth became a crossroads for meaningful conversations between enthusiasts and technical experts, and our presence extended across the booth itself—with Mina and Studio appearing all around, including BWT's and Fiorenzato's booths—quietly reinforcing how reliability travels far beyond our own space. One of the key moments of the weekend was hosting the Latte Art Grading System (LAGS) certifications at our stand. Watching baristas master the symmetry wheel and progress through the levels—from White all the way to the prestigious Gold—reminded us why we do what we do: offering the precision and consistency needed to transform skill into world‑class coffee art.
