I am so beyond happy with my customized Tuffshed! My family and I decided we needed additional storage on our property, but we were hesitant because we didn’t want an eyesore sitting in the yard….Enter Tuffshed! They did a customized 8 x 10 shed and built out the interior to my specifications with shelving mounts and placement tabs built out. They put a roof line on that matched our pool house perfectly with a composite shingle roof, then added a window and single door to swing out in the direction I specified along with a complete custom paint job to match our house! So, I don't have a shop. Nope. Just a 10'x10' shed. Our garage is super small where we do our laundry and store our other things and I really want to keep that area clean. I also work outside. YEP 100% outside. It's a lot of work to set up and break down but I do it! And it's weather permitting. (we've had non stop rain the last two weeks so it stinks!) Hmmm I keep collecting all these tools for some reason. 😉😉 Not sure why - 😉😉 This little shed is at its maximum capacity! Hoping one day I can find a space that (doesn't cost as much as my rent) but that's not very easy to do here in California. So for now, I'll just be here in my little shed doing the best I can! Do you work out of your garage or a small space? We pulled it off!! Just barely! 😅 While hubby was out of town Len and I had a surprise gift up our sleeves!! There's nothing quite like that feeling of surprising someone and keeping a secret until it's ready. 🤫😝Thank you to those who helped me pull this off! You know who you are 🙌🏻♥️ Two things: -The sticky stuff on a big bow isn't sticky at all. -Clifford could hardly contain himself! He was so excited to see Kacy who had just gotten home and we dragged him straight to his surprise!

✨Spring chicken era loading…🐔 The coop/tool shed build has kind of been put on hold, but we’ve been working some on the tool shed side to get shelving up and get things organized to get tools out of the house. Hoping to have it done by spring though. Originally planned to have it done this year, but it just didn’t work out that way. We even ended up hatching our own chicks this summer…tiny incubator, so much hope, and somehow ended up with four roosters 😂 Our Amish neighbors adopted them, but next year? We’ll be making sure we buy hens so we don’t end up with a rooster frat house. What’s the first animal YOU want to add in 2026? #chickencoop #homestead #diybuild #diy #toolshed

This Keter Oakland Garden Tool shed arrived in a couple different boxes so took a bit to undo and lay out the pieces before getting started. First off make sure your ground is level or put it on a concrete foundation to help support the plastic bottom. My husband had this put together in about 8 hours but it was hot outside and he did take a couple breaks. Directions on this shed could have been a bit better but he seem to have understood the very detailed pictures just fine. Assembly seemed to go along rather smoothly but he said with it just being him some things took a bit longer, so suggest least two people when putting it together. The tools required are very minimal and most people have these on hand so no buying new tools. It’s bigger than I expected it to be. The shed is sturdy and durable for sure after the storms it has been through here lately. However ours is leaking in one area and it may not be line up just perfectly but we will see about that at a later date. We really love the planters outside the windows gives them a nice finished looked. We had a few neighbors ask was it a play house for our toddler. We always reply no just an outdoor shed. It does get very hot on the inside of the shed so I wouldn’t put anything plastic inside of it due to heat it holds. Now gardening tools and outdoor yard equipment would be perfect inside of this shed. We even added a plastic shelf inside of ours to put stuff on to keep things organized and not all over the place. You could paint this but make sure you get paint with primer or you’ll have to paint it a couple times. We have so far left ours original color that it came for right now. I do like that with this material that it’s made of we won’t have to worry with rot happening, however I do know that this can break and crack over time.
