Turning the Tide at CEO Club Pakistan Summit 2025! Roots International Schools & Colleges and MIUC proudly participated in the CEO Club Pakistan Summit 2025 held in Islamabad under the theme “Turn the Tide.” The summit brought together visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers from across the country to discuss strategies that can reshape industries, empower communities, and drive Pakistan towards a more resilient and innovative future. Our very own CEO, Mr. Walid Mushtaq, joined the platform, sharing valuable insights on progressive education, global opportunities for youth, and the role of academic institutions in preparing the next generation of leaders to not just adapt but to turn the tide. This engagement reflects MIUC & RISC’s ongoing mission of fostering leadership, innovation, and sustainability while connecting our students and community to the country’s top thought leaders.

Do you have an ocean story of your own? Perhaps a story from the first time you ever saw a sea turtle? Or maybe you have a tale or two about your favorite ocean places from your childhood? We’d love to read it in the comments below! A sea turtle’s story begins beneath the sand alongside up to 180 siblings all waiting to hatch at the same time. Once the hatching process begins, the baby turtles all work to dig themselves out of the nest and race for the horizon. The lucky few who make it to the water are swept off on an epic journey across oceans. It's likely this green sea turtle spent years soaring along the Gulf Stream all the way to the Sargasso Sea before returning to its home in the Bahamas. Everything has a story behind it. But the art of storytelling is uniquely human. We alone are the authors and keepers of our planet’s library— crafting its narrative from rock layers, ancient bones, and clues etched in stone from some of the world’s earliest storytellers. For those of us here at SeaLegacy, there is no story more important or interconnected than the story of our ocean. It is only through the act of telling the ocean’s story- from its formation almost 4 billion years ago to its current state from decades of human activity- can we hope to understand and heal it. Post pregnancy, we are typically “cleared” at 6 weeks post delivery to resume activity and left with no specifics on just how to safely and effectively heal your body FIRST and ease back into your more intense and favorite workouts. . The tide is slowly turning though and we are so thankful. My post pregnancy ab rehab is now recommended by many forward thinking, first adoptive type OBGYNs all over the US, who understand this importance of healing. It’s the next step post delivery and let gym to help Mom heal her core, posture, pelvic floor and more and ease her back into weighted primal movements and higher intensity movements and exercise brick by brick to help make sure: we have healed pelvic floor, we have healed ab separation (if present) and we have optimized her core and body. This way when she gets back into her favorite workouts she is feeling strong, optimal and takes NO steps backwards. .
