Panama’s gastronomy is incredible—an amazing fusion of indigenous, Spanish, Asian, and West Indian flavors. Dinner at @bruttorest was unforgettable. The "San Blas" cocktail served with a Quail egg shell was beautiful and delicious. Truly an experience and every bite was delicious. 🥚🍲 #PanamaFood #PanamaGastronomy #PanamaCityEats #FoodiePanama #VisitPanama
Elevated Experience with @kaandela.casco ✨ One of our absolute Panama highlights was dining at Kaandela. The food by Head Chef Jose Aparicio was nothing short of extraordinary—every bite felt like an experience, bursting with flavor, creativity, and intention. You can truly taste the passion in every dish, with each plate showcasing local ingredients and Panamanian culture in a way that’s both deeply authentic and incredibly elevated. It’s the kind of dining experience that stays with you long after the meal is over- bold, refined, and completely unforgettable. This is one place you need to add straight to your dining bucket list especially since it’s tucked inside the beautiful Amarla Boutique Hotel, making the entire experience feel even more special and intimate. @amarla.casco #panamadining #cascoviejo #foodie
Hospitality isn’t optional here! 🇵🇷✨ In Puerto Rico, food isn’t just food it’s how love shows up. From the moment you walk in, there’s a plate coming your way, a drink in your hand, and laughter filling the room. That warmth? That’s the culture. That’s what makes it unforgettable. Dinner last night at Caleta in the Sofitel was a unique and delicious experience! The flagship fine-dining restaurant focuses on elevated Mediterranean cuisine with Panamanian ingredients. The Chef, Lorenzo Di Gravio is known as a Michelin-starred Italian chef who previously worked in top restaurants in Europe and the U.S. before coming to Panama. Caleta is listed in the top 100 Latin American restaurants. @accor @caletapanama

Flavor is the heartbeat of the North. 🍴🔥 ⠀ From the nostalgic "caldito" at La Casita Blanca to the smoky, farm-to-table magic of Bacoa, every bite tells a story. Watch the Atlantic waves from Salitre in Arecibo, soak in the coastal vibes at Kikita Beach House, or dive into the creative mofongos at By Cheff’s in Isabela. This isn't just dinner; it’s an authentic taste of our land. 🇵🇷✨ ⠀ Save this map for your next culinary road trip. Which of these 5 spots is calling your name? 🥘👇 ⠀ #Boricua #Boriken #Borinqueño #PuertoRico #PRFoodie #GastronomiaPR #PuertoRicoEats #IslandFlavor
Excited to check out the brand-new Afro-Latin gem in Silver Lak, Amiguita! Just opened March 11, 2026 by Dominican chef Alejandro Eusebio. This is his most personal project yet, a love letter to his childhood in the Cibao region of the Dominican Republic, elevated with homestyle Afro-Caribbean flavors and centered around a roaring Mibrasa charcoal oven in this cozy 34-seat strip-mall spot (former Ruby Fruit space, now with tropical turquoise vibe mural). We kicked things off tasting two orange wines (my first time ever trying them and surprisingly crisp, deep, and so dangerously drinkable. 🍷 Then: Yaniqueque and Guava: fried dough, stracciatella, habanero honey, almonds. Crispy, creamy, sweet-heat perfection. P.E.I. Mussels (charcoal-grilled!): aji amarillo, coconut chupe, ginger, scallions. I always order mussels if they’re on the menu, but these were next-level unique: deep umami from the coconut and turmeric/curry hints, with that sneaky jalapeño kick. So flavorful! Whole Fried Snapper: costones, wasakaka, lime. Crispy outside, tender inside, bright and addictive. Straight fire from the charcoal oven. If you’re in Silver Lake, run don’t walk — this intimate family-style Dominican experience is already blowing minds. Open Mon–Sat 5–10pm. Reservations via Resy recommended but walk-ins welcome! Who’s heading there next? 😍 @amiguitalosangeles #Amiguita #SilverLakeEats #AfroLatinFood #LAfoodie #NewLAOpening
